After growing up in South Florida and successfully avoiding “Florida man” status, I attended pretty much all the major universities in Florida and got some degrees in fine art and business. My early career led me to Washington, DC and since then, I’ve spent my career growing with the constantly shifting world of design, the internet and the experiences therein. Remember this? And this and this? The internet was and is a crazy place, and we’re all lucky to be part of that wild ride.
Within that Escher-esque world, I’ve been building brands, solving business challenges and shaping experiences through design for almost two decades. Over the years my work has traversed strategy, branding, and content, with an emphasis on any practice that ends in the word “design,” including visual, interactive, product, and experience.
Outside of work, I’m wrangling two small children, eating out with my food editor wife, and drooling over vintage Porsches. Sometimes I get to ride my bike for long distances on gorgeous Northern California roads and trails, or wander through the redwoods with my family (Literally getting lost in the beauty of nature. Like, three-hour tour lost.)
I enjoy building teams and working with smart, ambitious creative people to do their best work in collaborative environments. I constantly push to make the work better and learn from those around me. I’ve been fortunate to work on projects with some exciting brands, including:
Some of my work has been recognized by: The Webby Awards, W3 Awards, GDUSA & The Addy’s
